Managing Attorney Abraham Sandoval secures a $1,575,000 settlement in a breach of contract real estate dispute in the Hollywood Hills.  Mr. Sandoval, a seasoned Real Estate Broker, represented the Buyer in the transaction against a Seller who reneged on the sale.  Mr. Sandoval immediately filed a specific performance action and moved to compel the sale of the home with damages to Mr. Sandoval's client.  The matter resolved as a result of Mr. Sandoval's litigation.
